Renewal policy

How mailboxes and plans renew, and what happens if a renewal can't be paid.
- Plans renew automatically on the card you subscribed with; mailboxes outside a plan renew from your wallet. Cancel a mailbox or plan before its renewal date to stop the next charge; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a card payment for your plan fails, we take that renewal from your wallet when the balance covers it, and email you to update your card.
- If your wallet is short, auto-recharge (when on) tops it up and the renewal is retried right away. Otherwise we email you and keep retrying every day for 7 days while your mailboxes keep working.
- After 7 days unpaid, the mailboxes are suspended: sending stops and sequencer connections fail until the balance is paid, after which they are reactivated within one business day.
- After 30 days unpaid, the mailboxes and their Google Workspace are deleted and the seats are released. Your domain stays connected to inboxy and can be reused.
- Wallet credit and processed renewals are non-refundable. Unused credit stays in your wallet for future orders and renewals.
- We email you 3 days before a renewal your wallet does not cover, when a renewal fails, on day 3 of the grace period, when mailboxes are suspended, and when they are released.
