Refund policy
last updated October 6, 2026
All payments to inboxy are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.
What this covers
This applies to every charge we make, including:
- plan subscriptions, whether billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, including the first payment and every renewal;
- additional mailboxes added to a plan;
- warmup, on inboxy mailboxes or on inboxes you connect yourself;
- wallet top-ups, including auto-recharge, and any credit in your wallet;
- any other product or add-on bought through inboxy.
No partial or pro-rated refunds
We do not refund unused time, unused mailboxes, unused wallet credit, or the remainder of a quarterly or yearly term if you cancel, downgrade, remove mailboxes or stop using the service part-way through a billing period.
Situations that do not qualify for a refund
For clarity, we do not issue refunds for, among other things:
- deliverability, open, reply or inbox placement results, which depend on your content, lists and sending practices;
- suspension, restriction or deletion of a mailbox or Google Workspace by Google or another third-party provider;
- suspension or termination of your account for breach of our terms of service, including our acceptable use rules;
- changes or outages at third-party sequencers, DNS hosts or registrars;
- buying the wrong plan, period or number of mailboxes;
- forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
Cancelling
You can cancel a plan or mailbox at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan or mailbox stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. See our renewal policy.
Wallet credit
Wallet credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is non-refundable. Unused credit stays in your wallet for future orders and renewals.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is a mistake, please email us first at info@inboxy.io so we can look into it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge may lead to immediate suspension of your account and mailboxes until the disputed amount is settled.
Your statutory rights
inboxy is a business service sold to businesses. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
