Pick a mailbox plan, add a warmup plan, and connect them to the sending tool you already use. - Are mailboxes and warmup sold separately? Yes. Mailbox plans cover the mailboxes only. Warmup is a separate subscription with its own plans: Starter ($39/month for 10 inboxes), Growth ($99 for 30) and Pro ($299 for 100), with the same quarterly and yearly savings. Use it on inboxy mailboxes or on inboxes you already own. - What kind of mailboxes do I get? Google Workspace mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for you automatically. Starter includes 10, Growth 30 and Pro 100, and you can add more on any plan at that plan's per-mailbox rate. - Do I have to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC myself? No. inboxy configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain automatically, and the dashboard shows their status for each mailbox. - Can I buy just one mailbox? No. Mailboxes come with a plan. The smallest option is Starter, which includes 10 Google Workspace mailboxes, and you can add extra mailboxes at your plan's rate. - What happens if I need more mailboxes than my plan includes? Add them whenever you like at your plan's rate. Monthly: $3.50 on Starter, $3.25 on Growth, $3.00 on Pro. Quarterly and yearly: $3.25, $3.00 and $2.70. - Can I use warmup without buying mailboxes from you? Yes. Warmup plans work on their own, from $39 a month for 10 inboxes. Connect the inboxes you already own (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP inbox, such as Mailgun, SendGrid or GoDaddy) and inboxy starts warming them. - How does the warmup work? Your inbox exchanges emails with a private network of real inboxes. That network opens them, replies, marks them important and pulls them out of spam, which builds the sender reputation that inbox providers look for. Volume ramps up gradually and adjusts to how your inbox is responding. - Which sequencers does it work with? Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe, EmailBison, lemlist, Apollo, Reply.io and more. Connecting your mailboxes to your sequencer is free and automated, so there are no CSVs or app passwords to manage. - Can I warm up multiple aliases in one Google Workspace account? Yes. You can warm up multiple email aliases. Just make sure you set the reply-to address for each one to avoid issues. - How do I filter inboxy warmup emails out of Gmail? Open an email from inboxy, click the three dots (More) at the top right, then choose Filter messages like this. With inboxy in the From field, click Create filter and pick an action such as Skip the Inbox (Archive it) or Mark as read. Guides for Outlook web and the Outlook app (PDF). - Is inboxy SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 certified? inboxy runs on AWS, which is SOC 1, 2 and 3 compliant. AWS SOC reports are independent third-party examinations of how AWS achieves key compliance controls. See the AWS SOC FAQs. - Is there a contract? No long-term contract. Pay monthly, quarterly (save ~10%) or yearly (2 months free). Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. See our renewal policy. - Do you offer refunds? No. All payments are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. That includes mailbox and warmup plans, renewals, extra mailboxes or inboxes, and wallet credit. See our refund policy. - Do you have an API? Yes. API access is included on the Pro plan. ## In-depth answers - [What is Inboxy and Who is it for?](https://inboxy.io/faq/what-is-inboxy-and-who-is-it-for/) - [What Does Warming Up an Inbox Mean?](https://inboxy.io/faq/what-does-warming-up-an-inbox-mean/) - [How Does Inboxy Help Warm Up a Domain?](https://inboxy.io/faq/how-does-inboxy-help-warm-up-a-domain/) - [How Does Inboxy Help with IP Warm-Up?](https://inboxy.io/faq/how-does-inboxy-help-with-ip-warm-up/) - [How does Inboxy help improve email deliverability?](https://inboxy.io/faq/how-does-inboxy-help-improve-email-deliverability/) - [Can Inboxy Help Restore My Damaged Email Reputation?](https://inboxy.io/faq/can-inboxy-help-restore-my-damaged-email-reputation/) - [Does Inboxy Work with My Existing Email Provider?](https://inboxy.io/faq/does-inboxy-work-with-my-existing-email-provider/) - [How Many Emails Can I Sync to One Account?](https://inboxy.io/faq/how-many-emails-can-i-sync-to-one-account/) - [How Is Inboxy Better Than Other Cheaper Solutions?](https://inboxy.io/faq/how-is-inboxy-better-than-other-cheaper-solutions/) - [Can I Warm Up an Email Domain with a Bad Reputation Using Inboxy?](https://inboxy.io/faq/can-i-warm-up-an-email-domain-with-a-bad-reputation-using-inboxy/) ## Blog - [Best Tools for Monitoring Your Email Sender Reputation](https://inboxy.io/best-tools-for-monitoring-your-email-sender-reputation/): Email sender reputation is essentially a score that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email service providers (ESPs) assign to your domain and IP address to determine whether your emails should be delivered to the inbox or marked as spam. - [10 Steps for Monitoring and Protecting Email Reputation](https://inboxy.io/10-steps-for-monitoring-and-protecting-email-reputation/): Email reputation, also known as sender reputation, is a score or rating assigned to your email domain and IP address by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email service providers (ESPs) - [How to Prevent Your Emails from Being Marked as Spam](https://inboxy.io/how-to-prevent-your-emails-from-being-marked-as-spam/): we will explore practical strategies to prevent your emails from being marked as spam and ensure they reach your subscribers' inboxes. - [Top Tips for Improving Your Email Deliverability in 2024](https://inboxy.io/top-tips-for-improving-your-email-deliverability-in-2024/): High email deliverability rates ensure that your emails are not only delivered but also opened and engaged with, leading to better conversion rates and a stronger return on investment (ROI) for your email marketing efforts. - [Common Email Bounce Codes and How to Resolve Them](https://inboxy.io/common-email-bounce-codes-and-how-to-resolve-them/): We'll explore some of the most common email bounce codes, what they mean, and how you can resolve the issues that cause them.  - [The Ultimate Guide to Removing Your IP from Email Blacklists](https://inboxy.io/the-ultimate-guide-to-removing-your-ip-from-email-blacklists/): This comprehensive guide will walk you through the steps to remove your IP from email blacklists, prevent future occurrences, and maintain a healthy email sending reputation. - [Understanding Blacklists: How They Affect Your Email Deliverability](https://inboxy.io/understanding-blacklists-how-they-affect-your-email-deliverability/): Understanding how blacklists work, why they exist, and how they impact your email deliverability is essential for any marketer. - [Mastering IP Warming Best Practices for Email Marketing Success](https://inboxy.io/ip-warming-best-practices-for-email-marketing-success/): Discover the essential guide to IP warming best practices.
